Store Plan A is for a Custard's Last Stand location in a strip shopping center. This is the most economical way to open a Custard's Last Stand franchise. All totals are estimates and the Leasehold Improvements column is also based on negotiating with the shopping center to have them help with some of the costs involved. In some cases there is no cost and they will complete everything for you and in other cases you could be paying more than the high range. This is all done in negotiations with each shopping center. We will be happy to offer our assistance in site selection and negotiating if you would like.

Store Plan B is for a Custard's Last Stand location in a free-standing building. This is generally the expensive way to open a Custard's Last Stand franchise but also has proven to have much quicker success. All totals are estimates and the Leasehold Improvements or Building Construction column is based on two different scenarios. If you are able to find the right building available then you may be able to lease it and make some improvements to make it conform to a Custard's Last Stand location. If you are doing new construction then you would be on the high range of this total and it does not include the land purchase. In a new construction you most likely will not have a initial rent & deposit total but could be making loan payments. We will be happy to offer our assistance in site selection and negotiating if you would like.
